About Me
As a strategy consultant, I have the flexibility to assume many different roles and provide a wide assortment of services to assist you. Research, analysis, testing, personal appearances to represent you at events and meetings, and of course, one-on-on consultations.
In general, a strategy can be defined as a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall goal. And while there are many, many factors that can shape a successful strategy, the first steps are: (1) conduct an assessment of current status, and; (2) identify a clearly defined objective.
An individual strategy may address any circumstance or event that is affecting your personal life. A successful business strategy can empower a company to beat the competition and earn superior profits. In either case, a confidential consultation is a great opportunity to get some non-binding input. In the end, a personal consultation or a narrow delegation of responsibilities may provide all the help you need to implement your strategy and accomplish your objectives.
For this and other reasons, I believe strategy consulting requires a more granular offering. In this way, I may assist clients with not only their macro-level challenges but also with the more frequent micro-level challenges they face. After all, small problems can create a foundation for larger ones.
This "no job is too small" approach to strategy consulting is at the core of my offering and allows me to provide services to private individuals, entrepreneurs, startups and business owners that add value and perspective - no matter what the scope of their challenge may be.
To be sure, I can't help everyone. But even so, I encourage you to schedule a free consultation so we can discuss your circumstances and learn more about how I may be able to help you.
